By accessing and using ML Scanner Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ML Scanner Pro is a web-based tool for scanning, analyzing, and managing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang game accounts. The Service provides health scoring, price estimation, country detection, and data export features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All payments are processed via GCash. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Plans are based on duration and scan limits as specified on the pricing page. Lifetime access is for the lifetime of the Service and subject to these terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to bypass scan limits, trial restrictions, or security measures; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to abuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Account data accuracy is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Service.

We collect: (a) account credentials you provide (email/password for login); (b) device fingerprint data for trial management; (c) IP addresses for abuse prevention; (d) browser and device information for analytics.

Data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database) and browser localStorage. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.
The ML account data you scan (email:pass combinations) is stored locally in your browser and our cloud database. This data is used solely for the scanning features you request.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We use localStorage (similar to cookies) for session management and user preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
